Barry J. Clegg

Barry J. Clegg is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in May of 2000.

Barry graduated cum laude from Duquesne University's School of Law in 2003. While attending law school, Mr. Clegg was a contributing staff writer for the Duquesne Law Review and authored two published articles. Barry represents clients in Family Law matters, such as divorce, child custody, and support. Barry also represents clients charged with DUI, in addition to handling general litigation matters.

Barry believes that developing trust with the attorney who is handling your important legal matters is paramount to the attorney-client relationship. He strives to return client phone calls in a timely fashion and, in many cases, offers free initial consultations. Barry will explain the law that applies to a client's legal matter and will work with his clients to develop an efficient and effective legal strategy tailored to each client's specific needs. His goal is to achieve the best possible results while attempting to minimize the fees and costs incurred by his clients. Barry is a member of the Westmoreland and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and was named to the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Rising Stars list published by Super Lawyers magazine.

In addition to his work in the legal field, Barry is active in his local communities of Irwin and North Huntingdon as a member of the Norwin Lions Club and the Norwin Chamber of Commerce.

Ryan L. Dansak

Attorney Dansak was born and raised in North Huntingdon Township and is a graduate of Norwin High School. He received his BA from The College of Wooster in Ohio, his MA from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University.

He writes and lectures frequently on estate planning, estate administration, and real property, as well as on technological issues affecting legal professionals. Mr. Dansak is also an adjunct professor of legal research and writing at Duquesne University's Paralegal Institute, where his students learn how to read and interpret statutes, case law, and secondary resources and how to write effectively in a legal career.

In practice, Mr. Dansak believes that the legal profession is first and foremost a customer service profession. He believes that attorneys should always be readily accessible to their clients, and should give individual, personalized attention to each client and his or her legal situation.

James M. Duffy

James M. Duffy, Esq. received his Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Westmoreland Bar Associations, serves as the Chairman of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the ARC of Westmoreland Board of Directors, and Vice President of the ARC of Westmoreland Foundation Board.

Attorney Duffy has also been a member of the Norwin Rotary Club for over 39 years. Attorney Duffy is a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania and has focused his practice on all aspects of residential and commercial Real Estate Law throughout Western Pennsylvania for over 39 years. Attorney Duffy also founded and served as President of a successful real estate settlement company that coordinated all aspects of the closing process as well as issuing title insurance for any size commercial or residential real estate transaction in Western Pennsylvania.

In addition to Real Estate Law, Attorney Duffy also handles general corporate matters, business formation, and certain estate related matters. Attorney Duffy enjoys a BV peer review rating on Martindale Hubble.

James M. Duffy, Esq. received his Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

John (Jack) J. Myers

Attorney Myers is from the White Oak area. He currently serves the needs of our clients throughout southwestern Pennsylvania, but primarily works in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. With more than 40 years of service as an attorney in the locality, he is experienced in handling cases involving personal injury, family, real estate, estate administration and estate planning. In addition, he specializes in Elder Law. Mr. Myers has worked with a diverse number of clients over the years and continues to offer personal service accommodating clients in their homes and assisted living residences, in addition to catering to other out-of-office situations. Attorney Myers is always available to clients to answer questions and to assist them with their legal needs.
