Pittsburgh's Finest
The Law Firm of Myers Duffy Dansak & Clegg (MDDC) was formed when good friends thought they should create a great law firm. “It really was by good luck that each of us were able to join together to form this firm,” said Ryan Dansak, who along with John “Jack” Myers and Jim Duffy, handle the estate planning, estate administration and real estate arm of the firm. “Our attorneys, and just as importantly, our support staff—Nancy Andrejko, Lori Hinish, Kathy Iwinski, and Jessica Ormsby—have always worked to give our clients the best possible service,” said Jack Myers. Attorney Myers has practiced law for more than 45 years in McKeesport and White Oak and is the most seasoned attorney in the firm, followed closely by Attorney Duffy, who has been a mainstay attorney in the Irwin and North Huntingdon areas for 40 years. Attorneys Dansak and Barry Clegg, are both 1996 graduates from Norwin High School. “I think it was 2008 and we saw each other at the courthouse one day,” said Clegg, who handles family law, DUI and civil litigation for the firm. “I didn’t know Ryan was an attorney and he didn’t know I was either until we ran into each other.” MDDC has three locations: one on Lincoln Way in White Oak, one in Harrison City on Route 130 near Penn Trafford High School, and one in the burgeoning cultural district of Downtown Irwin next to the Lamp Theatre. “We are a small firm with a lot of experience, but we don’t nickel and dime clients,” said Duffy. “We don’t want clients to be afraid to call us because they think they are going to get a bill each time we pick up the phone.”
